Teams will consist of 1 male and 1 female athlete.

Rx | Scaled | Masters | Teen

Rx, Scaled, Masters (40+) & Teen (14-17) divisions.

WOD 01 | Avalanche | Chipper

For Time
CAP: 15 min

At go, one person will begin the wallballs, and one person will begin the assault bike. They may switch positions at any point in the workout. Once all 50 wallballs are complete, they will start 50 BJ. After the 50 BJ are complete, they will then move into 40 wallballs, and so on through the round of 10s. Ladies will throw the wallball to 9’ and males will throw the wallball to 10’.

Someone MUST be working on the assault bike AT ALL TIMES until the 100 calories are complete.

*Score is the time all work is completed. For every rep or calorie not completed, score will be cap+(incomplete rep+ incomplete calorie) Example: 10 wallballs left + 30 calories left = 12min(cap) + 40

At go, teams will start on their chest-to-bar pullups with one person working at a time. Once all chest-to-bar pullups are complete, the team will work on DL with one person working at a time. Once all DL is complete, the team will complete 15 burpees over the bar. After that is complete, the team will do that same thing for 2 more rounds. After the third round is complete, the team will begin working on the rower for max meters completed in the remaining time of the 12 minutes.

*Score is all reps and meters completed.  Tiebreak is the time the team finishes round 3.


  • Deadlift: Hands must be outside the knees. Sumo deadlifts are not allowed. Starting at the floor, the barbell is lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with the shoulders behind the bar. Fully extending the hips, but failing to bring your shoulders behind the bar at the top will be a no rep. The arms must remain straight throughout the movement.
  • Chest to Bar Pull-up: At the top, the chest must clearly come into contact with the bar.
