Rx, Scaled & Masters divisions. Masters 40+ Only.

WOD 01 | Crazy Pain Train | Chipper

Chipper – 15min Cap

40 Cal Row (Athlete 1)
50 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20)
30 BMU
50 Burpee Box Jump Over
40 Cal Row (Athlete 2)


Both athletes will start behind the rower. At GO, athlete 1 (whoever you choose) will get on the rower and complete a 40 calorie row while athlete 2 stands behind the rower. Once athlete 1 has completed all 40 calories BOTH athletes must move TOGETHER to the boxes. Once both athletes have touched the box, now either athlete may begin burpee box (facing) jump overs. While one athlete is working, the other will be standing beside the box. Once all 50 are complete, BOTH athletes will move TOGETHER to the rig. Once both athletes touch
the rig one athlete may begin the BMU/Pullups. While one person works the other person will stand behind. Once all of those are complete both athletes will move together back to the box for the same work and once those are complete both athletes move back to the rower, but this time athlete 2 must complete all 40 calories. The time will stop once the athlete completes all 40 calories and BOTH athletes run across the finish line.

Both athletes will have two barbells set up facing each other. At GO, one athlete will begin a full complex of the above. Once the bar leaves the ground, it may not return to a rest on the ground or hands leave the bar at any time until the complex is complete. If an athlete misses
a lift or depth, they may redo that rep. However, if the bar comes to any sort of pause or rest on the ground during the deadlifts, the entire complex will be considered incomplete. After the complex is complete, the athlete may choose to go again or the other athlete may go. The score is the total amount of full complexes completed in 12 minutes. Reps completed of a partial complex when time ends will also count toward the team’s score. Shoulder to overhead: Athlete will start in the front rack position and put the bar to a full locked out position overhead with the entire body from wrist to ankle in a straight line. Any
form of shoulder to overhead is permitted. Hang power clean: The bar must stay above the knees and in one fluid motion be brought to the front rack position.

Front squat: With the bar in the front rack position, the athlete must squat until their hip crease passes the line of their knees.
Deadlifts: The athlete must tap and go all deadlifts on the ground. Any type of pause or rest until the complex is complete will be considered a no rep for the entire complex.

Both athletes will start behind the bike. At GO, either teammate will come onto the floor to complete their required calories on the bike and immediately into 30 thrusters. Once they complete all 30 thrusters and run off of the other side of the floor that will be designated AND
THE JUDGE GIVES THE OK, the other athlete will now move onto the floor to complete their required calories as well as the 30 thrusters. Once athlete 2 has completed all 30 thrusters the time will be the score for part A and the team now begins part B. The athlete that did the
last set of thrusters may choose to start part B or they can go tag off to person 1 who can go and start part B. Athletes may alternate and tag off at any time during part B. The score of part B will be how many whole calories are on the monitor when the clock hits 10 minutes.
