Power Snatch (105/75)
Pull-ups
21/16 Cal Rogue Echo Bike Cashout
- Echo Bike: Get on the bike, say a few prayers, and pedal like hell.
At GO partner 1 will move into the work area to complete a rep scheme of 12-8-12 of Power Snatch and Pullups. After they have completed all reps, they will do a cashout on the Assault/Rogue bike. After completing the required calories on the bike, the athlete will run and tag athlete 2 who will do the same thing, then athlete 3 who will finish the workout.
*Score is total time completed. One second per rep incomplete will be added to the time cap for any time who does not complete the workout.
WOD 02 | Lord of the Flies | Ladder

There will be a pre-set ladder of barbells set up with the listed weights. All teams in each division will line up behind the first barbell. At GO, team 1 will move into the work area. One person approaches the barbell and the other 2 teammates move to the side of the bar. Person one completes the cluster. Then person 2 completes the cluster. Lastly, person 3 completes the cluster. The team will have 1 minute for all three athletes to complete the cluster. If an athlete misses, he/she can try again, but the team still only has one minute for all three athletes to clear it. If an athlete cannot complete the weight, that athlete (not the team) is out and their last completed weight is that athlete’s score. After the one minute lifting time is up, there will be a 15 second transition time to move to the next barbell, then one minute lifting time starts again now with team 1 at bar 2 and team 2 at bar 1. So on and so forth.
*Score is the heaviest successful weight of each of the three teammates added together for a total team weight.

80 Front Rack Lunges (135/85)

At GO person 1 will move to the work area to begin Front Rack Lunges. EVERYONE must forward lunge touching the knee to the ground and step back together each rep before switching legs. Teams may run back and tag off whenever they want. After all, lunges are complete, the team will do bar over burpees. The chest MUST touch the ground every time and the athlete MUST jump over the bar off of two feet. After all bar over burpees is done, the team will move into HSPU/HRPU. One abmat will be the standard with hands on the ground. The head must make CLEAR contact with the mat and the elbows must make full extension in which time the heels must also be in contact with the wall. For HRPU the chest must touch the ground and full elbow extension must happen with the rest of the body off of the ground. With any time remaining the team will complete as many RMU/TTB as possible.

**Tiebreaker is the time the team completes their last rep of HSPU/HRPU

- **A thin green band will be allowed for pull-ups (We use Rogue #3: 41″ x 1.13″ x 0.18″ / 65lbs)
